In his new role, Inder will be responsible for strengthening APP Group’s global footprint in the barrier paper segment—an essential part of the company’s sustainability-focused portfolio. His leadership will focus on developing new markets, enhancing customer engagement, and driving innovation in eco-friendly paper packaging solutions aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Before joining APP Group, Inder served with Amcor for over a decade, where he played a pivotal role in managing P&L responsibilities for the Labelling and Speciality Films & Foils businesses as Associate Director – Sales, Technical Specialties and Labels. Earlier, as Head of Sales – Rigid Plastics, he led business development for PET preforms, building a strong foundation in packaging materials and rigid formats.

Prior to his tenure at Amcor, Inder was with Huhtamaki, driving new business development for shrink sleeves and BOPP labels, and began his career at Ballarpur Industries Limited (BILT) as a Management Trainee – Sales and Marketing, gaining early exposure to the paper manufacturing industry. His career reflects a consistent record of scaling product portfolios and entering new markets across the labeling, laminates, specialty films, foils, and rigid plastics domains.

At APP Group, Inder’s appointment marks a strategic step toward expanding the company’s sustainable barrier paper offerings, reinforcing its position as a global leader in responsible packaging solutions. His cross-sector expertise and growth-driven mindset will contribute significantly to the company’s Vision 2030 sustainability roadmap.
