Berlin, Germany, July 2026 — HelloFresh has elevated Csaba Szende to the role of Vice President, Global – People Operations & Shared Services. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue to scale HelloFresh’s global People Operations and Shared Services capabilities, strengthen its operating model, and support the next generation of people services across the organization.
Csaba brings extensive experience in shared services, people operations, business transformation, HR services, and global operations leadership. Since joining HelloFresh in 2023 as Senior Director, Global Shared Services & People Operations, he has played a key role in supporting global people transformation and building functional captive centers in the Philippines and Poland.
Before joining HelloFresh, Csaba served as Director, Business Operations – Europe at Delivery Hero, where he managed business operations across Europe and led transformation initiatives through BPO and hub-and-spoke operating models. Earlier, he was Head of Business Services, Europe at Trivium Packaging, where he established a multifunctional Business Services Center in Budapest across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other functions.
His career also includes leadership roles as Managing Director – Global Shared Services at Docler Holding Budapest, Managing Director, Eaton EMEA BSC and Leader – EMEA Business Service Center at Eaton, and multiple HR and shared services roles at Vodafone. He began his leadership journey at Continental, supporting HR business partnering, recruitment, learning, talent management, and HR services.
