Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — KPMG India has promoted Mansi Desai Mondkar to Director – Head Talent Strategy, Technology Consulting, recognising her strong leadership in talent strategy and her contributions to strengthening the firm’s people agenda across consulting businesses.
In her new role, Mansi will lead the talent strategy for KPMG India’s Technology Consulting practice, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, capability building, succession planning, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and people transformation initiatives aligned with the firm’s business growth objectives.
Prior to her promotion, Mansi served as Lead Talent Strategist – Technology Consulting at KPMG India, where she partnered closely with business leaders to shape talent strategy for one of the firm’s fastest-growing consulting businesses. Earlier, she was Lead Talent Strategist – Audit, leading strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organisational capability initiatives across the Audit practice. Before moving into talent strategy leadership, she served as Associate Director, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and business partnering across the organisation.
Before joining KPMG India, Mansi spent over 13 years with Capgemini, progressing through several HR leadership roles including Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, North America Business Unit, where she partnered with business leaders across the Manufacturing, Lifestyle, and Telecommunications sectors to redesign HR processes, define HR operating models, and develop people strategies. Earlier, she served as Manager – HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner – Local Business & APAC, and Central Resource Management, building deep expertise across workforce planning, HR transformation, talent management, business partnering, and organisational development.
Earlier in her career, Mansi worked with JP Morgan Chase as an HR Executive, where she managed employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, talent initiatives, HR service delivery, and workforce analytics, laying the foundation for a successful career in strategic human resources.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience spanning talent strategy, HR transformation, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and business partnering, Mansi is well positioned to strengthen KPMG India’s technology consulting talent agenda and support the firm’s continued growth.
