Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Ador Powertron Limited has appointed Chaitrali Patekar as Head – People & Culture, marking an important addition to its leadership team. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, driving talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership capability, and HR transformation to support Ador Powertron’s long-term business growth.
Prior to joining Ador Powertron Limited, Chaitrali served as Senior Manager – HR & IR at Keolis India Private Limited, where she led human resources and industrial relations initiatives. Before that, she spent more than four years at GKN Fokker Elmo India, progressing through key HR leadership roles, including Human Resource Business Partner. There, she spearheaded strategic initiatives in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational capability building while partnering closely with business leaders to develop high-performing teams.
Earlier in her career, Chaitrali gained valuable experience with GKN Aerospace Pune as a Human Resources Generalist and also served as Management Assistant to the Site Director at GKN Fokker Elmo India, providing strategic operational support while strengthening her expertise in people management and business operations.
She began her HR leadership journey with Phenix Groups, where she played a pivotal role in establishing HR systems for a greenfield manufacturing facility, leading recruitment, industrial relations, compliance, talent development, employee welfare, payroll, compensation and benefits, statutory audits, and organizational policy frameworks. Earlier, she also held HR and administration roles at M+W Group, building a strong foundation across HR operations and administration.
With extensive experience spanning human resources, industrial relations, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership development, Chaitrali brings a people-centric approach to building high-performing organizations. Her appointment reinforces Ador Powertron Limited’s commitment to strengthening its people practices and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and business excellence.
