IBM Appoints Tuhina Pandey as Vice President, Marketing for Asia Pacific

Singapore, July 2026 — IBM has appointed Tuhina Pandey as Vice President, Marketing – Asia Pacific, elevating a seasoned communications and marketing leader to spearhead the company’s marketing strategy across one of its most dynamic growth regions. In her new role, she will lead integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support IBM’s business growth across the Asia Pacific market.

Tuhina has been with IBM for more than six years, steadily progressing through several leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Director – APAC Communications & Marketing, India and South Asia, following her role as CMO & Director – Marketing & Communications, IBM India & South Asia. Earlier, she was Communications Leader – IBM India and South Asia, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s communications strategy, brand visibility, executive engagement, and integrated marketing programs across the region.

Before joining IBM, Tuhina spent more than five years at Tech Mahindra, where she served as Head – Global Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. During her tenure, she led the company’s global communications and public affairs strategy while also contributing to business development initiatives in analytics and consulting. Earlier, she founded tuCom, a strategic communications platform focused on executive communication, storytelling, and leadership coaching, reflecting her passion for helping organizations craft impactful narratives.

Tuhina began her career in business journalism, holding editorial leadership roles with NDTV, NDTV Profit, and Aegis Ltd., where she covered India’s rapidly evolving technology sector. As an accomplished television journalist, editor, presenter, and communications strategist, she built a reputation for translating complex technology and business developments into compelling stories for diverse audiences.

With a career spanning corporate communications, brand marketing, public affairs, executive communication, media, and business storytelling, Tuhina brings a unique combination of strategic vision and communications expertise. Her appointment underscores IBM’s commitment to strengthening its marketing leadership across Asia Pacific as the company continues to accelerate innovation and digital transformation for clients worldwide.
