Goa, India, July 2026 — Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have appointed Rebecca Rodrigues as Associate Director of People & Culture. The appointment strengthens the leadership teams across both Accor properties and reflects the hotels’ continued focus on building a people-first workplace while advancing employee development, leadership capability, organisational culture, and operational excellence.
With more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rebecca brings extensive expertise in talent management, organisational transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, hotel pre-openings, and strategic human resources. In her new role, she will lead the People & Culture agenda across both properties, driving talent strategies that support business growth while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Prior to joining Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, Rebecca served as Cluster Human Resources Manager for Hilton Goa Resort and Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute, where she led HR operations across multiple hotel properties. Earlier, she was Human Resources Manager at Hilton Goa Resort, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.
Before her tenure with Hilton, Rebecca spent nearly five years with the Hyatt group. She served as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim and earlier progressed through multiple HR leadership roles at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, including Human Resources Manager, Assistant Manager – Human Resources, and Human Resources Officer. During this period, she played a key role in strengthening employee engagement, leadership development, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives across the hotels.
Rebecca began her hospitality HR career with Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Panjim Goa as an HR Assistant, followed by roles as HR Trainee at The Sofala and Recruitment Officer at Fishbone Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.
With experience spanning luxury and upscale hospitality brands including Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, and Country Inn & Suites, Rebecca Rodrigues has developed deep expertise in strategic HR, employee experience, organisational development, leadership capability building, talent acquisition, and people engagement. Her appointment further reinforces Accor’s commitment to creating an inclusive, people-centric culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences through engaged and empowered teams.
Rebecca Rodrigues holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
