Daund, Maharashtra, India | July 2026: Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited has appointed Mahesh Dicholkar as Head of HR – Manufacturing, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities and global presence in the specialty aroma chemicals industry.
In his new role, Mahesh will lead the human resources function across Eternis’ manufacturing operations in India, focusing on people strategy, industrial relations, employee engagement, talent management, workforce capability, statutory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. He will play a key role in building a high-performance manufacturing culture while supporting business growth through strong people practices and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Eternis Fine Chemicals, Mahesh spent more than six years with Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., where he most recently served as General Manager – HR. In this role, he led the HR function for manufacturing operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, industrial relations, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational capability across multiple manufacturing locations.
Earlier at Laxmi Organic Industries, he served as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he played a significant role in strengthening HR processes, enhancing employee relations, supporting business expansion, and developing people strategies aligned with the organization’s manufacturing growth.
Before joining Laxmi Organic Industries, Mahesh was Manager – Unit HR at United Spirits Limited (A Diageo Group Company). During his tenure, he managed end-to-end plant HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and talent initiatives while supporting one of the company’s key manufacturing facilities.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Supreme Petrochem Ltd. as Deputy Manager – HR, where he gained extensive experience in SAP HR, recruitment, induction, industrial relations, statutory compliance, HR operations, and management information systems within a manufacturing environment.
With over 16 years of experience, Mahesh Dicholkar has built deep expertise in manufacturing HR, industrial relations, employee engagement, labour laws, workforce planning, statutory compliance, talent management, HR operations, organizational development, and people leadership. His appointment reflects Eternis Fine Chemicals’ continued commitment to strengthening its manufacturing workforce and building a high-performance organizational culture.
Mahesh Dicholkar holds a Master in Labour Studies (MLS) in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, providing a strong academic foundation in labour legislation, industrial relations, and manufacturing workforce management.
