Mumbai, Maharashtra, India | July 2026: Pidilite Industries Limited has elevated Suresh Kumar C to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), recognizing his outstanding contribution to the organization’s people strategy and transformation journey over more than three decades with the company.
In his expanded role, Suresh will lead Pidilite’s enterprise-wide people strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, talent transformation, succession planning, culture building, and workforce initiatives, supporting the company’s long-term growth, innovation agenda, and business objectives.
Prior to his elevation, Suresh served as President – Pidilite Management Group, where he played a strategic role in strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and enterprise talent initiatives across the organization.
Earlier, he held the position of Senior Vice President – Organization Development, leading enterprise-wide organization development, leadership development, talent management, and culture transformation initiatives that helped strengthen Pidilite’s people capabilities.
Before that, he served as Vice President – Organization Development, driving organizational effectiveness, capability development, performance excellence, and leadership pipeline initiatives across the business.
Suresh also served as Chief – Human Resources, leading core HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and HR operations. Earlier, as Chief – Strategic Initiatives, he partnered closely with business leadership on strategic transformation projects that supported organizational growth and operational excellence.
He began his journey with Pidilite Industries in 1993, serving in multiple HR leadership roles over nearly sixteen years, where he gained extensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources, laying the foundation for a remarkable career spanning more than 33 years with the company.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Suresh Kumar C has developed deep expertise in human resources strategy, organizational development, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, culture transformation, business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and strategic business transformation.
