Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, December 2024 – Satu Nissinen has taken on the role of Head of Core People Operations at Evitec Solutions, where she will oversee HR service delivery, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. Nissinen will focus on fostering a high-performance workplace, promoting employee well-being, and driving data-driven HR strategies.
Before joining Evitec Solutions, Satu Nissinen served as People & Culture Team Lead Nordics at Epical, where she led HR initiatives across Finland and Sweden. Her work focused on team leadership, collective agreements, and HR development. Previously, as People & Culture Business Partner, she drove learning and development initiatives, coached managers, and enhanced employee engagement through effective HR practices.
Nissinen spent over four years at Enfo, where she held roles as People & Culture Business Partner and People & Culture Coordinator, contributing to HR project management, performance development, and organizational culture. She also played a key role in streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee experience.
Earlier in her career, Nissinen was Talent Acquisition Manager at Academic Work, where she managed internal recruitment, developed employer branding strategies, and implemented advanced talent acquisition techniques. Her experience also includes roles in recruitment consulting at Academic Work and customer service and marketing coordination at UPM and National Instruments.
