Paris, France, July 2026 — Sia has appointed Marie-Alice GOUJARD as Chief People Officer for EMEA & APAC, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the global consulting firm continues to strengthen its people strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Based in Paris, Marie-Alice will lead the company’s people strategy across both regions, overseeing talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, employer branding, and HR transformation initiatives. Her expanded mandate reflects Sia’s commitment to placing talent at the center of its global growth strategy while fostering a unified people vision across its international operations.
Prior to this appointment, Marie-Alice served as Chief People Officer for France, Italy, and Morocco at Sia. In this role, she led the organization’s talent strategy, people development, employer branding, and culture initiatives, playing a key role in strengthening the firm’s human capital agenda across the regional hub.
She joined Sia in 2018 as Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding, where she led recruitment strategy, employer branding, talent acquisition, and hiring programs that supported the firm’s rapid growth.
Before joining Sia, Marie-Alice spent more than five years at Wavestone, progressing from Recruitment & Campus Relations Manager to Recruitment Manager. She led large-scale recruitment programs, employer branding initiatives, recruitment process transformation, campus engagement, and managed a team of recruitment professionals supporting multiple business units.
Earlier in her career, she gained human resources experience through internships at Lactalis Nestlé, where she worked on recruitment, employee relations, diversity, training, and talent reviews, and at Stellantis, where she supported HR business partnering, recruitment, career management, assessment programs, and workforce analytics. She also began her professional journey with a communications internship at SEPPA Communication.
Marie-Alice holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School (2009–2013), one of France’s leading business schools.
With over 14 years of experience, Marie-Alice has developed extensive expertise across human resources, talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, organizational culture, people strategy, and HR transformation. Her expanded leadership role is expected to support Sia’s continued international growth and strengthen its people-first culture across EMEA and APAC.
