With deep experience across brand building, business growth, and strategic marketing, Sudarshan joins KLAY at a significant moment in its journey as the organisation continues to strengthen its footprint in early childhood education and care in India.
In his new role, Sudarshan to lead KLAY’s overall marketing strategy, with a focus on strengthening brand salience, deepening parent engagement, sharpening the organisation’s digital and consumer outreach, and supporting business growth across markets. His appointment reflects KLAY’s continued commitment to building a trusted, high-impact brand that resonates with modern Indian families and reinforces the importance of quality early years education.
He holds a Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. Prior to joining KLAY, Sudarshan held senior marketing leadership roles at VIVO and iQOO, where he led brand strategy, consumer engagement, and growth initiatives across highly competitive consumer markets. Earlier, he spent nearly six years with Unilever across sales and marketing functions, building expertise in consumer insights, portfolio growth, and go-to-market strategy. His diverse experience across FMCG and consumer technology sectors has equipped him with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand building, and scalable business growth
