Ballerup, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, March 2025 – Esther Veenman-Jensen has been appointed as Senior Director Finance, People & Culture Solutions at GN Group, marking a significant step in her nearly four-year journey with the company. In her new role, she will focus on aligning digital data integration (DDI) with finance and people strategies to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions that foster operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Prior to her elevation, Esther Veenman-Jensen served as Director Finance Solutions at GN Group, where she played a key role in optimizing finance operations and systems. Her focus on innovation and cross-functional collaboration allowed her to contribute meaningfully to enterprise-wide solutions across the finance domain.
She earlier led the ERP Finance Department at GN Group, overseeing the implementation and management of complex financial systems and tools. Her experience in leading ERP initiatives and aligning finance processes with technology infrastructure made her a critical leader in digital transformation efforts.
Before joining GN Group, Esther spent over 12 years at Bavarian Nordic, where she held several leadership roles, including Senior Global Business Controlling Manager, Business Controlling Manager – Infectious Disease Division, and Financial Controller Manager – Manufacturing & Quality. Her responsibilities included strategic business cases, budgeting and forecasting, ERP implementation, and project control for large-scale engineering and clinical development operations.
Her earlier career includes impactful roles at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, and Centocor, where she led various finance and project management functions including costing, financial performance tracking, and ERP implementations.
