Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States, March 2025 – N. Sabrina Morin has taken on a new role as Global Director, People at Cask NX, a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner. In this new capacity, Sabrina will lead the global HR function, overseeing people strategy, employee experience, and operational excellence initiatives that align with Cask’s growth trajectory and values of innovation, excellence, and partnership.
Sabrina brings nearly two decades of diverse experience across human resources strategy, global people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
For close to six years, Sabrina served as Director, People & Culture at Thirdera, where she was instrumental in designing and executing global people strategies across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. She led enterprise-wide HR transformation projects, acquisition integration programs, and strategic HR initiatives that supported a high-growth, high-performance culture.
Prior to that, Sabrina worked as Sr. Engagement Manager at Nuvolo, aligning client delivery and complex project execution with business goals, especially within the ServiceNow ecosystem. She also held several roles at DXC Technology/Fruition Partners, where she progressed from Principal Consultant – ServiceNow to HR Business Partner, developing end-to-end HR service delivery models, governance, and compliance structures.
Earlier in her career, Sabrina held HR and talent acquisition roles at Hudson RPO Americas, Paladin Recruitment, Semper International, and Total Nurses Network, building her foundation in stakeholder management, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships.
