Gajendra Singh Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Voltas Limited

Gajendra Singh has joined Voltas Limited, a TATA Enterprise, as the Head of Human Resources.

Singh comes to Voltas with a robust background in human resources spanning over a decade, with significant experience in labor relations, statutory compliances, and HR management. Prior to his current role, he served as the Section Head HR/IR at Lucas TVS from February 2022 to March 2024, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing labor relations and enhancing HR systems. Before Lucas TVS, Singh held the position of Head of Human Resources Administration at INOX Air Products, managing plant HR operations from September 2020 to February 2022.

Singh’s earlier roles also included Assistant Manager at Merino Group and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., where he developed his skills in labour relations and HRIS systems. His career began at Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited, where he served in various HR capacities for nearly six years, laying the foundation for his HR expertise.

Upon assuming his role at Voltas, Gajendra Singh stated, “I am excited to embark on this new journey with a company that’s full of potential. I look forward to leveraging my experience to foster a productive work environment that supports Voltas’s ambitious growth plans.”
