Career Journey: Julia’s professional path is distinguished by her progressive roles within the field of human resources. Prior to her current role, she served as a Director of People and Culture at Generation Bio for five months, where she focused on organizational development and employee recognition.
Before that, Julia was an Associate Director, HR Business Partner at EQRx, where she supported various departments such as Clinical Operations and Corporate Communications from March 2022 to July 2023. Her strategic involvement in HR processes significantly contributed to the company’s development and operational strategy.
Julia also played a crucial role at Sanofi, where she was the Associate Director, HR Business Partner for US Research from June 2021 to March 2022. Here, she managed change effectively through a period marked by mergers and acquisitions.
Her tenure at Celgene from October 2018 to April 2020 as Manager, HR Business Partner, Research & Early Development, allowed her to hone her skills in employee engagement and learning development. Before becoming manager, Julia advanced from roles that supported HR operations at the research and development level, demonstrating her deepening expertise and leadership in the field.
