Abdulrahman Alhudhaybi Promoted to Senior Director of HR Planning & Development at Ministry of Economy and Planning

May 2024, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The Ministry of Economy and Planning promotes Abdulrahman Alhudhaybi to Senior Director of HR Planning & Development. Abdulrahman has been serving in a pivotal role within the ministry since January 2023 and will continue his contributions from the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In his newly advanced role as Senior Director, Abdulrahman will oversee the ministry’s overarching strategic planning and development of human resources. His responsibilities will focus on aligning HR functions with the national socio-economic objectives, improving workforce capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous development and efficiency.

Before his time at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, Abdulrahman contributed extensively to the Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Arabia, where he was the Director of HR Strategy & Performance Management from June 2020 to December 2022. His efforts were pivotal in enhancing performance management systems and strategic HR frameworks.

Earlier, he also held significant positions at THIQAH as an HR Project Manager and at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Talent Acquisition, accumulating a wealth of experience that spans across critical HR functions in various high-profile public and private sector entities.
