Tehran, Iran, May 2024 – Sara Vasee has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Solico Group. With a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, Sara is set to lead and enhance the company’s talent acquisition strategies.
Sara’s most recent role was as Senior Recruitment Specialist at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals from November 2021 to May 2024. In this position, she managed the recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top talent to support the company’s growth and innovation in Iran.
Before that, she served as a Human Resources Specialist and Talent Development Team Leader at NanoAlvand Pharmaceutical Co. from November 2016 to May 2024. Over her tenure of more than seven years, Sara was instrumental in developing and implementing talent development programs, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success.
