With extensive experience in human resources across various industries, Joginder is poised to lead HR initiatives for both domestic and international markets, optimizing talent alignment with business objectives.
Joginder’s most recent role was as Regional HR Manager at TVS Credit Services Ltd., where he spent approximately eight years. He was responsible for HR strategy planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and client engagement, significantly contributing to the company’s HR transformation.
Before TVS Credit, Joginder served as Manager-HR at DB Corp Ltd. for around four years, overseeing end-to-end HR activities. He also held the position of Manager HR at E-Meditek TPA Services Ltd., where he managed recruitment, organizational planning, performance management, and employee relations for about two and a half years.
Joginder began his HR career as an HR Executive at Source Mind, where he gained proficiency in handling day-to-day HR activities, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating with internal and external departments.
