Chandigarh, India, May 2024 – Amardeep Agnihotri has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Upcore Technologies Pvt Ltd. With a robust background in human resources, Amardeep is set to drive HR initiatives at Upcore, enhancing talent management and organizational development.
Amardeep’s most recent role was as Head of Human Resources at a confidential company, where he spent approximately four years leading HR strategies and fostering employee engagement. His tenure at YapApp India Pvt Ltd as Head – Human Resources for around four years saw him managing strategic planning, employee relations, HR policies, talent management, and performance management.
Prior to that, Amardeep served as Deputy Manager – HR at EVRY India (formerly SPAN Infotech Pvt Ltd) for about six years, where he played a key role in HR operations and strategic HR planning. He also held the position of Senior Executive at Trident Group India for approximately one year, gaining valuable experience in HR functions.
