Surat, Gujarat, India, May 2024 – Dharam Gandhi has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at KP Group. In this role, Dharam will be leading the human resources initiatives, contributing to the strategic direction and operational management of the HR functions within the organization.
Dharam Gandhi has been with KP Group for the past six months, initially joining as Head of Human Resources.
Before this, he held the position of Head Consultant at Pleasant Inc for nearly two decades. His extensive experience in hiring and recruitment has significantly contributed to the talent acquisition strategies and overall HR management.
Earlier in his career, Dharam also served as GM – HR at KP Buildcon Private Limited, where he developed and implemented HR policies and managed various HR functions effectively.
