Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 – Aaditya Pandey has started a new position as Growth Head at Across Assist. In this role, he will lead growth strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and scalable revenue initiatives, strengthening the company’s embedded assurance and assistance offerings across travel, mobility, automobile, and medical segments.
Prior to joining Across Assist, Aaditya served as Vice President of Business Development at Riskcovry, where he led consultative enterprise sales and strategic alliances across fintech, logistics, mobility, retail, and D2C ecosystems. He spearheaded the 0→1 launch of a jewellery insurance program in partnership with a leading industry body, onboarding 500+ retailers through an assisted offline-to-online model. He also conceptualized and initiated multiple ecosystem-specific embedded insurance solutions spanning telecom sachet protection, FASTag trip protection, transit and RTO protection for logistics, and asset protection for bank PoS terminals.
Earlier, as Associate Director – Partnerships at Cover Genius, Aaditya drove embedded insurance adoption across logistics, mobility, fintech, telecom, and retail marketplaces in India. He led the full partnership lifecycle—from scoping and negotiation to onboarding—while collaborating cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, legal, product, and finance teams to build scalable API-led protection solutions.
Before that, Aaditya held growth-focused leadership roles at PayPal as Regional Manager, and at One97 Communications Limited (Paytm) as Business Head, where he built and scaled a new services vertical from scratch, onboarded 30,000+ merchants, managed a 350+ member pan-India team, and drove significant GMV growth through strategic alliances and digital adoption initiatives.
