Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Hari Sharma has started a new position as Head – Central Operations, Prabhaav Loans & FI at Western Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd. In this leadership role, he will oversee central operations for Prabhaav Loans and Financial Inclusion (FI) initiatives, strengthening operational excellence, compliance, and scalable lending processes across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Hari served for nearly three years as Head – Origination Operations, Mortgage at Nido Home Finance Limited, where he led mortgage origination operations and managed end-to-end processes to support business growth and operational efficiency across branches and centralized functions.
Earlier, at L&T Financial Services, Hari held dual leadership responsibilities as Team Manager & National Lead – Mortgage Operations and Senior Manager – Home Loan Operations, overseeing branch, hub, and centralized mortgage operations. He managed large-scale operational frameworks, strengthened hub operations, and ensured seamless coordination between field and central teams to drive consistent performance.
Before that, Hari spent nearly four years with ICICI Bank, serving as Deputy Branch Manager and later as DBM, Retail Banking & Asset Service, focusing on branch operations, compliance, audit, and asset servicing. His earlier experience also includes senior operational roles at Amrapali Group and Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, where he led centralized home loan disbursement, banking operations, customer service, and recovery functions. He began his career with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited in home loan operations and branch management roles.
Hari holds an MBA in Finance from Guru Jambheshwar University, further strengthening his foundation in financial services and operational leadership.
