Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 – Madhu Malay has started a new position as Chief Customer Officer at CloudInvent Inc, where he will lead Customer Support and Professional Services with a sharp focus on customer delight and scalable service excellence. CloudInvent operates in the FinOps domain, helping organisations maximise cloud potential and optimise costs across leading platforms such as AWS and Oracle.
Prior to joining CloudInvent Inc, Madhu served as a Strategy Leader at Cisco, bringing deep strategic and operational expertise to large-scale technology environments. Earlier, at Envestnet | Yodlee, he held the role of Vice President Operations / Senior Director Operations, where he led a 150+ member organisation supporting over 200 critical applications and 250 APIs across five global data centers. Under his leadership, the team achieved 4 nines availability, reduced MTTR significantly, streamlined releases through dockerization and CI/CD initiatives, and drove measurable improvements in performance testing, SRE maturity, and deployment efficiency.
Madhu’s earlier leadership journey includes senior roles at FICO, HP, and Microsoft, where he led global engineering teams, drove SaaS implementations, introduced customer engagement programs, and contributed to patent-backed innovations. His foundational experience spans Sun Microsystems, Persistent Systems, Lucent, AT&T Bell Labs, Cap Gemini America, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Sonata Software, building decades of expertise in product engineering, systems innovation, and enterprise operations.
Madhu completed the Advanced Management Program at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
