Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Worley India has appointed Aanchal Singh as Senior People Director, HR Head – India. In this leadership role, she will oversee the HR function for more than 7,000 employees, aligning people strategy with business goals, and driving initiatives in talent management, leadership development, workforce capability building, and HR transformation.
Aanchal has been with Worley for over two years, steadily progressing through key leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Director – People Team, where she partnered closely with leaders to strengthen engagement and development for over 7,400 professionals across engineering and allied domains. Before that, as Associate Director – People Team, she spearheaded operations and people partnering initiatives, enhancing employee experiences and supporting Worley India’s large-scale projects.
Before joining Worley, Aanchal built a distinguished career at Tata Motors, where she spent nearly 11 years in diverse HR leadership roles. She was Head HR for Passenger & Electric Vehicles (Sales, Marketing & Customer Care), managing HR strategy during a critical phase of growth in passenger vehicles and EVs. Prior to this, she held senior roles in Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion, HR Strategy, and Business HR, where she played a pivotal role in designing and deploying initiatives for succession planning, capability development, and inclusion.
Earlier, she gained extensive experience at Firstsource, where she served as Business HR Leader and later as Talent Acquisition Lead, driving high-volume recruitment and employee lifecycle management for the BFSI vertical. She began her HR career with internships at Wipro and Firstsource, following an early start as a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer.
