Meghan Johnson Appointed as VP Commercial Transformation & Excellence and Chief of Staff at Mondelēz International

New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, December 2025 – Meghan Johnson has stepped into a new role at Mondelēz International as Vice President, Commercial Transformation & Excellence and Chief of Staff, joining a newly formed Global Commercial Leadership team. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and operations, the role centers on enabling the people who power Mondelēz’s categories and brands across the global commercial organization, translating ambition into action in close partnership with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and senior leaders.

In her current role as VP Global Commercial Transformation & Excellence and Chief of Staff at Mondelēz International, Meghan Johnson leads enterprise-wide transformation priorities, orchestration, and execution rigor across the commercial agenda. Her mandate emphasizes operating-model excellence, leadership alignment, and cross-functional connectivity to shape the future of snacking.

Immediately prior, she served as Head of Consumer Experience & Media, Americas, where she advanced consumer-centric strategies and media effectiveness across the region. Before that, as Head of Agency Ecosystem (Creative, Media, Production), Global, she strengthened agency partnerships and global operating standards, driving consistency, innovation, and performance.

Earlier at Mondelēz, Meghan Johnson was Marketing Operations Lead, Global, building strong foundations in marketing operations, governance, and execution. Her progression reflects a blend of strategic leadership and operational excellence across global and regional roles.

Before joining Mondelēz International, she held senior business development roles at Publicis Media, including VP Group Director, Global Business Development and Director, Global Business Development, expanding global partnerships and growth initiatives. She began her career with Spark Foundry, progressing through planning, digital buying, and U.S. business development roles—experience that shaped her data-driven, client-focused approach.
