Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 – Aarti Kapoor has joined McDonald’s as Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery, bringing with her a rich portfolio of experience in HR transformation, global service delivery, and people enablement. In her new role, she will oversee strategic HR operations, enhance employee experience through optimized service delivery models, and contribute to McDonald’s global growth and workforce effectiveness.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Aarti served at PepsiCo for nearly four years, where she played a pivotal role in People Operations and Global HR Capability development. She also held a leadership position at the Adani Group as Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery, where she briefly contributed to transforming HR operations in a high-growth business environment.
A significant portion of Aarti’s leadership journey was shaped at Amazon, where she spent over seven years leading HR Services, Global Service Delivery, and People Operations. She was instrumental in driving high-performance culture, launching global expansion programs, championing diversity and inclusion, and spearheading process automation for enhanced HR efficiency.
Before Amazon, Aarti served in American Express for seven years, leading initiatives in Leave of Absence programs, employee accommodations, and compliance. Her earlier stints included operational and analytical HR roles at organizations such as Agrani Infotech, InfoVision, and Holy Heart Presidency School, where she honed her foundational experience in employee support, operations, and service excellence.
