Prior to this appointment, Rajesh served as VP & Creative Director at Pepe Jeans India Limited, where he has been driving creative direction and brand positioning. Earlier, at ace turtle, he led Dockers as VP & Creative Director, redefining global brands such as Dockers and Lee for the Indian market. His leadership at ZETWERK as Director – Design and Product Development saw the launch of the “Design to Delivery (D2D)” model, integrating modern design thinking with consumer-led insights and impactful brand storytelling.

A significant chapter of his career was at Arvind Fashions Limited, where over nearly two decades he led U.S. Polo Assn. through multiple growth phases—from launching USPA Kids and USPA Denim Co. to expanding into womenswear, innerwear, footwear, and accessories. In his new role, Rajesh will lead the design vision and execution for Pepe Jeans in India, fostering a culture of creativity, consumer-led innovation, and excellence to support the brand’s next phase of growth.
