With more than 15 years of multi-sector experience across operations management, market expansion, last-mile delivery, and sales leadership, Aashish has held pivotal roles in organizations such as Stanza Living, Dispatch Network, C2FO, Swiggy, Jugnoo, Justdial, Whoopiee Technologies, DeliverOye, Aspiring Minds, Indiabulls Securities, and Frontier Construction, Inc. His rich background spans both entrepreneurial ventures and leadership positions in large-scale enterprises, equipping him with the versatility and strategic acumen required for Blinkit’s high-growth ecosystem.
Before joining Blinkit, Aashish Mahajan served as Senior Vice President – Operations at Stanza Living, where he led multi-city operational transformations, improved delivery efficiencies, and scaled customer satisfaction frameworks. Prior to that, as Vice President – Operations, India at C2FO, he managed a $400-million monthly supplier portfolio and drove strategies for market expansion and supplier engagement.
During his six-year tenure at Swiggy, Aashish held several leadership positions, including Director – Central Operations (Driver Supply) and Regional Operations Head (North), overseeing national operations, supply chain strategy, and driver engagement initiatives. His earlier career at Jugnoo, Justdial, and DeliverOye refined his expertise in hyperlocal logistics, merchant partnerships, and last-mile process design, while his roles at Aspiring Minds and Indiabulls Securities laid the foundation for his early exposure to institutional sales and financial operations.
At Blinkit, Aashish will spearhead the company’s city operations, focusing on optimizing delivery efficiency, scaling partner networks, and deepening customer engagement in alignment with Blinkit’s mission to redefine convenience through technology-driven commerce.
