In this strategic global role, Nirmal will be responsible for strengthening Redington’s recruitment governance, enhancing productivity frameworks, and aligning the company’s talent strategy with its global growth objectives.
With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy, Nirmal has built a strong reputation for driving transformation, operational excellence, and people-centric growth across global enterprises.
Before joining Redington, Nirmal served as Vice President – Human Resource & Technology Talent Strategy at Citi, where he led large-scale HR transformation programs and developed robust technology talent pipelines to future-proof the organization’s workforce capabilities. Prior to that, he spent more than five years at EXL, advancing from Associate Vice President to Senior Assistant Vice President (India & Europe), where he led cross-regional HR operations and strategic talent initiatives supporting business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Nirmal served as Group Consultant (Chairman’s Office) at Al Jassar Group, overseeing HR strategy, workforce management, and business operations across trading, telecom, and healthcare sectors. His career also includes impactful leadership roles at MAXAPROF Corporate Advisors, Altisource, WNS, PRATIAN Technologies, BigLeap Solutions, and Akbar Travels of India, where he gained broad exposure to global HR ecosystems, strategic consulting, and talent governance.
