Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Raghunandan Berkadavu has been appointed as Head of Learning & Organisational Development (OD) at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., India’s premier furniture brand. In his new role, Raghunandan will lead the company’s learning architecture, drive strategic OD initiatives, and play a pivotal role in strengthening people capabilities aligned with the company’s growth vision.
Prior to joining Royaloak, Raghunandan Berkadavu served at Wildcraft India in multiple capacities, including Senior Manager – Learning & Development and earlier as L&D Manager, where he was responsible for talent development across six business channels. He led enterprise-wide initiatives in building capability frameworks and performance-driven learning ecosystems.
Earlier, Raghunandan was associated with Vishnugupta Vishwavidyapeetham as HR Manager and Faculty of Carnatic Music, where he helped establish the HR function for the university focused on Indian Knowledge Systems. His unique blend of cultural depth and people development has been a distinguishing feature in his leadership journey.
He also held the role of Training Manager at Apparel Group (UAE), heading training for the UAE region before the COVID-19 pandemic led to a transition. Before this, he was Head of HR & Operations at the Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa), where he blended HR practices with creative and operational efficiency in the performing arts space.
Raghunandan’s earlier experiences include impactful training leadership roles at Chumbak Design, Landmark Group, and Coffee Day Group, where he developed national-level training strategies, built content for retail and behavioral training, and drove large-scale L&D initiatives across India.
