With nearly three decades of experience, he brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, leading large-scale transformation, and building scalable, high-performance systems across global environments. At SASMOS, his leadership is expected to play a key role in advancing manufacturing excellence, strengthening operational performance, and building future-ready capabilities as the company continues to expand its international footprint.
Before joining SASMOS HET Technologies Limited, Dr. Shiv Venkataramani served as Chief Operations Officer at LAPP IND. Prior to that, he held multiple senior leadership positions at TE Connectivity, including Director, Operations Strategy and Continuous Improvement, Broadband Networks Solutions Asia Pacific, Director, Operations and Continuous Improvement, Telecom Networks Asia-Pacific, and Director, Global Continuous Improvement (TEOA), Telecom Networks. These roles reflect a strong progression across operations, strategy, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with ADC Telecommunications as Director, Global Process Improvement and with Select Comfort Corporation as Director of Product Quality / Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. A significant part of his earlier professional journey was built at 3M, where he held progressive roles including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Design For Six Sigma Black Belt, and Research Specialist, 3M Corporate Research Labs. He also worked with Tata Consulting Engineers as Sr. Piping Design Engineer. Together, these assignments reflect a long and accomplished leadership career spanning operations, continuous improvement, quality, product development, and engineering.
