Prior to her tenure at Woodside, Mirata held the role of Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Offerpad. In this capacity, she led a team in designing onboarding, development, and DEIB programs, enhancing both employee engagement and operational efficiency. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping Offerpad’s training strategies, from sales and customer service training to system-wide compliance education, underscoring her commitment to cultivating robust talent pipelines and a positive work environment.
Mirata also brings entrepreneurial experience as a Franchise Owner of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, she developed key skills in operational management and team leadership, further solidifying her expertise in people management and customer-focused strategies. Her hands-on approach to business ownership provided her with a comprehensive perspective on employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
Earlier in her career, Mirata served as VP, People & Culture at ApostleTech, where she managed various HR functions, from talent acquisition and benefits administration to employee relations. Her role in implementing executive development programs and talent management frameworks showcased her ability to elevate HR functions to meet the strategic needs of the organization.
