Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – SCAI | سكاي, a leading entity driving artificial intelligence (AI) innovation in Saudi Arabia, has appointed Abdulelah M Bin Moammar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will oversee financial strategy, governance, and resource allocation, supporting the company’s mission to establish Saudi Arabia as a global AI hub through transformational technology solutions.
Prior to joining SCAI, Abdulelah served as Chief Financial Officer at the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive financial framework to align financial strategies with Vision 2030. His leadership ensured financial stability, regulatory compliance, and the optimization of resource allocation, supporting national objectives in economic diversification and sports promotion.
Before that, he was Executive Director of Corporate Finance at THIQAH Business Services, where he led financial planning, feasibility studies, and investment due diligence. In this role, he spearheaded budgeting processes, implemented financial controls, and provided decision-makers with insights to enhance performance and drive profitability.
Earlier in his career, Abdulelah held key financial leadership roles at GDC Middle East, where he directed investment and governance strategies, and at TAHAKOM Group, where he managed financial reporting and risk mitigation. His tenure at these organizations reinforced his expertise in corporate finance, business expansion, and strategic investment structuring.
His extensive financial experience also includes senior positions at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), where he specialized in financial modeling, investor relations, and risk assessment. With a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and investment, Abdulelah is well-positioned to drive SCAI’s financial sustainability and long-term growth.
