Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 2024 – Abdullah Alzubaidi has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Syarah, where he will spearhead strategic talent initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes to drive organizational growth and innovation.
Before joining Syarah, Abdullah worked at a Confidential Government entity in Riyadh for nearly 4 years, serving in various roles, including Senior Executive Search Consultant and Talent Acquisition Manager. He was responsible for developing sustainable talent strategies, improving recruitment processes, and managing employer branding initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at another confidential organization for over 2 years. Abdullah focused on strategic hiring, sourcing top talent, and enhancing employee retention. He implemented recruitment processes that aligned with business goals and improved candidate experience across diverse teams.
Abdullah also worked at Victory Training and Development Institute as a Training and Development Consultant for 5 years, where he developed training materials, facilitated learning programs, and enhanced performance evaluation mechanisms. His role was pivotal in improving training outcomes and aligning them with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Abdullah held the position of Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Relations at tiqmo, where he managed a high-performing recruitment team and led talent development initiatives for over 1 year. He implemented strategies to enhance diversity, built a strong employer brand, and fostered a positive work culture across the organization.
