In her new role, Abha will spearhead the company’s product strategy and innovation roadmap, driving the development of AI-powered, modular platforms that enhance value for global airlines, cruise lines, and hospitality providers. Her appointment underscores IBS Software’s commitment to shaping the next era of digital transformation in the travel technology ecosystem.
With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and product scalability, Abha brings an exceptional record of leadership across global organizations such as ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai Technologies, PTC, Schneider Electric, and CAE. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge business strategy with product innovation, creating scalable technology solutions that power global enterprises.
Before joining IBS Software, Abha served as Chief Technology and Product Officer and a member of the Executive Management Committee at CAE, where she led global innovation initiatives and data-led transformation across the company’s aviation and defense operations. During her tenure, she successfully integrated emerging technologies, fostered agile delivery models, and strengthened product scalability.
Prior to CAE, she held multiple leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including SVP – Digital Technology, Chief Architect, and CIO for North America, as well as Chief Product Officer – Digital Products, driving product modernization and digital platform convergence. Earlier, at PTC, she served as Division Vice President – Global Product Development, and at Akamai Technologies, she led as CTO and Vice President of Engineering, overseeing global product engineering and delivery.
Abha’s early career at ADP and Iron Mountain helped shape her expertise in cloud-based analytics, SaaS deployment, and technology strategy, where she held key roles including Head of Architecture & Technology and Global CTO. Her career reflects a consistent track record of transforming product portfolios and driving growth through innovation.
An alumna of Boston University, Abha holds a Master’s in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance. She has been recognized among Inspired Minds’ Top 65 Women in AI (2023) and Top Women in Tech Boston (2024) for her outstanding contributions to technology and leadership.
