Prior to his latest appointment, Abhijith excelled as a Manager in Capability Building within the organization, where he demonstrated exceptional skill in enhancing the educational experiences offered by Kidvento. His journey before joining Kidvento includes notable positions such as Team Leader – Capability Development at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Sales Manager at Swiggy, and Manager of Quality Control at Mandamus Education Academy, in addition to his role as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer.
In his new capacity as Head of Learning and Development, Abhijith will oversee the strategic direction and execution of Kidvento’s learning initiatives across India. His deep expertise in HR and development, combined with a profound understanding of the Indian education sector, will be instrumental in driving Kidvento’s transformative Lace Up plan and further expanding the reach of sneaker culture globally.
