Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — Circulogy, a next-generation circular economy platform, has announced the appointment of Abhishek Tiwari as Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, reinforcing the organization’s mission to build sustainable, technology-enabled green ecosystems. With more than two decades of experience in strategy, public-sector transformation, and ecosystem-led sustainability initiatives, Abhishek brings a rare combination of government program expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to Circulogy’s rapidly expanding green innovation portfolio.
Prior to joining Circulogy, Abhishek spent over 15 years at KPMG, where he played a pivotal role in designing and executing large-scale public policy and startup ecosystem programs across India and East Africa. As Program Director and Associate Director in KPMG’s Government and Public Sector practice, he led several investment promotion and policy transformation initiatives, including the #StartInUP mission — one of India’s most recognized state-level startup programs — which he spearheaded for over half a decade, catalyzing innovation and entrepreneurship in Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek held leadership positions across Tech Mahindra, Aircel, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Communications, where he contributed to projects in telecom operations, business analytics, and revenue assurance. His global consulting experience also includes a tenure at KPMG East Africa, where he led telecom advisory and innovation strategy engagements across Kenya and neighboring regions.
At Circulogy, Abhishek will lead strategic expansion, innovation, and ecosystem partnerships, focusing on green impact solutions such as sustainable events, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, carbon offset projects, and smart-city sustainability frameworks. His expertise will play a key role in scaling Circulogy’s integrated green offerings that combine policy, technology, and on-ground impact.
Circulogy has already made notable strides as the official Green Partner of major events like India Mobile Congress and the 19th National Jamboree (Bharat Scouts and Guides) — transforming one of India’s largest youth gatherings into a near zero-waste event. With Abhishek joining the leadership team, Circulogy is poised to accelerate its mission of enabling waste-free systems for sustainable events, campuses, and smart urban environments across India.
