Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Abzal H has been appointed as the Head – Talent Acquisition, People & Culture at SILA. In his new role, Abzal will spearhead initiatives to optimize talent acquisition strategies and enhance the organizational culture, aligning with SILA’s mission to revolutionize real estate solutions across various sectors.
Prior to joining SILA, Abzal H served as Assistant General Manager at Dusters Total Solution Services Private Limited for over two years, where he led significant advancements in talent acquisition and strategic HR initiatives contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence in Bengaluru.
Before this role, Abzal was deeply involved in enhancing HR processes and recruitment strategies as a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at the same company, a position he held for nearly five years, driving effective sourcing strategies and stakeholder management to streamline recruitment processes.
Abzal also brought his expertise to CareerNet Technologies, focusing on talent acquisition for the Engineering & Manufacturing vertical, where he managed end-to-end recruitment processes and developed effective sourcing and hiring strategies to meet the sector’s dynamic needs.
Earlier in his career, Abzal made significant contributions to Teamlease Services Limited as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he was instrumental in internal recruitment for various business units, enhancing the recruitment cycle, and improving talent acquisition outcomes.
