In her new role, Chastity will lead Articulate’s people strategy, talent development, and employee experience initiatives, supporting the company’s mission of empowering organizations worldwide through innovative learning technologies.
Chastity Filion has been a vital part of Articulate for over three years, most recently serving as Director, People, where she played a key role in building scalable HR initiatives, optimizing employee benefits, and strengthening organizational culture. Prior to joining Articulate, Chastity led HR functions at TrueAccord, where she advanced from Senior Manager to Director of Human Resources, overseeing employee engagement, HRIS systems, and benefits design.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Behavioral Health Kansas City and SouthLaw, P.C., where she was responsible for full-cycle HR management, compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Her journey also includes experience in talent acquisition and development with TranSystems, Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., and EY, further showcasing her diverse HR expertise. Chastity’s professional background reflects her commitment to building high-performing cultures, fostering talent, and driving business growth through people-centered strategies.
