Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2026 — Access Healthcare has welcomed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of People – India and Philippines. In this leadership role, Ghosh will oversee the people function across two key delivery markets, supporting workforce strategy, organizational capability, and talent priorities aligned with the company’s global healthcare management and revenue cycle operations.
In his new position at Access Healthcare, Ghosh is expected to drive people-led initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, employee experience, and scalable HR operations across India and the Philippines, as the organization continues to expand its global delivery footprint and automation-enabled service model.
Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Ghosh served as Founder & CEO of TalBha, based in Hyderabad, where he led the venture through its early-stage growth phase and shaped its people and business direction.
Earlier, he spent over seven years with Berkadia as SVP & India HR Head, leading HR strategy and people programs for India and partnering with business leaders on organization effectiveness, talent planning, and workforce initiatives.
Ghosh also built deep HR leadership experience during his long tenure at Genpact, where he served as AVP & BU HRBP Lead, supporting business-aligned HR partnering and people transformation across functions and teams.
He began his professional journey with GE Capital as a Management Trainee, and earlier worked with Dolphin Hotel – Visakhapatnam as a Guest Relations Assistant, building foundational experience in customer-centric operations and service leadership.
Ghosh has further strengthened his leadership and HR expertise through formal programs, including the LEAD – Advanced Management Program at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Executive Certificate Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
