New York, New York, United States, March 2026 — Acertitude has announced that Linnea Jungnelius has taken on the role of Chief Growth Officer. In this position, Jungnelius will support the firm’s growth agenda, building on Acertitude’s work with private equity firms and their portfolio companies across leadership advisory and executive search.
In her journey with Acertitude, Jungnelius most recently served as VP, Global Head of Marketing & Strategy, where she helped shape positioning and go-to-market efforts for an executive search firm focused on connecting investors with PE-tested leaders across roles such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and go-to-market and technology leadership. Alongside this, she has also been the host of the Brilliant People Podcast, where she explores topics spanning peak performance, growth, elite talent, and AI with business leaders.
Earlier in her career, Jungnelius held roles with O’Neill Consulting (an Acertitude company), including Marketing Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager, strengthening her foundation in marketing execution and client partnership.
She also previously worked with GANT Global as an Assistant Manager, where she was recognized for sales performance and customer relationship-building.
In addition, Jungnelius is an Angel Investor in The Coconut Cult, reflecting her interest in supporting high-growth consumer brands.
