With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Acquelia Colaco has built a strong track record of driving people transformation and business-aligned HR strategies across global organizations.
Prior to joining XBP Global, she held senior HR leadership roles at Tesco Business Solutions and Tesco Bengaluru, where she played a key role in scaling global capability centers, driving workforce transformation, and enhancing employee experience across large, diverse teams.
Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience at Infosys, where she contributed to large-scale workforce management, HR business partnering, and leadership development initiatives across global delivery environments.
She also held roles at IBM Global Process Services, where she built foundational expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, supporting complex, multi-geography business operations.
Across her career, Acquelia has consistently demonstrated strength in aligning HR strategy with business priorities, building leadership capability, and enabling high-performance cultures, making her well-positioned to lead XBP Global’s next phase of growth.
