Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Himanshu Agrawal has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Kryton Buildmat Co. Pvt. Ltd. – India, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to expand its footprint in the construction chemicals and waterproofing solutions space.
In this role, Himanshu Agrawal will oversee operations, strategy execution, supply chain efficiency, and business growth, driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s long-term expansion plans in India and global markets.
Prior to joining Kryton Buildmat Co. Pvt. Ltd., Himanshu Agrawal served as Group Chief Executive Officer at Multichem Group, where he led group-level P&L, revenue growth, and strategic expansion across multiple building materials and construction chemicals businesses. His role involved driving profitability, strengthening governance frameworks, and leading large-scale organizational development initiatives.
Earlier, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Grey Matter Business Consultants, where he advised companies in the construction chemicals sector on business strategy, go-to-market planning, profitability enhancement, and supply chain optimization.
He also held multiple senior leadership roles at TIKITAR DANOSA, including Chief Commercial Officer, President, and Vice President – Sales & Marketing, where he was instrumental in scaling revenues, expanding geographic presence, strengthening distribution networks, and improving operating margins through strategic interventions.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades with BASF, where he held leadership roles across business development, marketing, sales, procurement, and operations, building deep expertise in construction chemicals, manufacturing processes, and large-scale project execution.
