Greater Philadelphia, July 2026 — Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, has appointed Kate Schwoyer as Vice President, Global Integrated Supply Chain. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global end-to-end supply chain, overseeing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand and Supply Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Global Logistics. Her appointment reinforces Pall Corporation’s focus on building a resilient, agile, and customer-centric global supply chain to support its continued growth in life sciences and diagnostics.
Kate brings more than two decades of supply chain leadership experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, and healthcare. Prior to joining Pall Corporation, she served as Global Supply Chain Director at Ashland, where she led global demand and supply planning, inventory management, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/S&OP transformation, strategic planning, and customer service and logistics across multiple regions. She played a key role in driving supply chain transformation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Earlier, Kate was Senior Director, Supply Chain at Accupac, where she led procurement, planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and S&OP functions for the contract manufacturing organization. Before that, she served as Senior Director, North America Direct Materials Sourcing at Mondelēz International, leading sourcing strategy for raw materials, packaging, contract manufacturing, and analytics across North America.
A significant part of her career was spent at McCormick & Company, where she held several leadership positions over more than 11 years, including Director, Americas Integrated Business Planning, Americas Procurement Category Lead – Contract Manufacturing, Global Senior Procurement Manager, and Supply Planning Manager. Her experience also includes leadership roles at Kao USA in demand planning and The Estée Lauder Companies, where she began her career through the company’s operations and supply chain leadership program before advancing into commercialization and new product launch management.
With extensive expertise spanning integrated business planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, supply planning, logistics, inventory optimization, and operational transformation, Kate has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing supply chain organizations and delivering sustainable business results. Her appointment reflects Pall Corporation’s commitment to strengthening its global supply chain capabilities and supporting long-term growth across its worldwide operations.
