United Kingdom, June 2025 – Adam Fisher has taken on a new role as Head of International Talent Acquisition at Confluent, a global leader in data streaming and real-time data infrastructure. In this position, Adam will lead talent acquisition strategies across Confluent’s international markets, driving the growth of high-performing teams to support the company’s mission of powering data in motion.
Prior to joining Confluent, Adam Fisher served as Director GTM Recruiting – APAC at ServiceNow, where he led go-to-market recruitment strategies across the Asia Pacific region. His tenure saw him develop talent pipelines for high-growth markets while aligning hiring strategies with enterprise expansion initiatives.
Before ServiceNow, Adam spent nearly nine years with Palo Alto Networks, where he rose to become Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Asia Pacific & Japan. He played a crucial role in scaling recruitment efforts across the region during a period of hypergrowth, building specialized talent acquisition frameworks aligned with the cybersecurity firm’s high-performance standards.
Adam’s earlier career included serving as Head of Vendor Recruitment – Asia Pacific at Spring Professional, where he focused on placing senior sales and technical leaders across IT and telecom vendors in the region. He also held talent consulting roles at Emerald Technology, where he managed recruitment across EMEA and CALA markets.
Interestingly, Adam began his career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, a chapter that laid the foundation for his passion for human development and performance optimization.
