In this new role, Adam will lead the development and execution of HTeaO’s human capital strategy across its expanding retail and franchise operations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Adam brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including a distinguished 14-year tenure at Taco Bell, where he served in various capacities culminating in his role as Senior HR Manager. At Taco Bell, Adam was instrumental in driving labor relations, policy development, conflict resolution, and HR strategy across large regional teams. His efforts supported operational excellence across multiple markets including Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Before joining Taco Bell, Adam held leadership roles in HR at Mass Electric Construction Company as Recruiting and Training Manager, and earlier at JPMorgan Chase and Citi, where he developed key capabilities in analytics, compliance, and employee relations. He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, highlighting his expertise in strategic HR leadership.
