Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Adarsh Aaron has joined Native as Director of Retained Search and HR Advisory Business, marking an important milestone in the group’s mission to build India’s first integrated talent solutions organization. With over 15 years of expertise in leadership hiring and executive search, he has consistently delivered strategic talent solutions, engaged with global stakeholders, and driven senior leadership mandates across industries and geographies.
Most recently, Adarsh served as Client Director at EMA Partners, where he successfully managed executive search assignments for senior leadership roles, building strong client relationships and strengthening the firm’s presence in the Indian and global markets.
Before that, he was Associate Principal at The Taplow Group S.A., leading searches across diverse industries and working with key decision-makers to provide strategic hiring solutions. Earlier, at Novo Nordisk, he was part of the Senior Leadership Hiring Team for International Operations, where he designed and implemented leadership hiring strategies and executed global assignments across Asia and Europe.
Adarsh also played a pivotal role at Stanton Chase International: Executive Search Consultants, where he managed leadership mandates in the Industrial, Power, and Manufacturing practice, handling talent mapping, client engagement, and leadership recruitment strategies. His career further includes impactful stints at Ikya Search Partners and Cornell International (Executive Search division of ADECCO S.A.), strengthening his foundation in executive search and stakeholder management.
Additionally, Adarsh contributed to a Diversified Indian Business House, where he was responsible for driving talent acquisition strategy and recruitment planning. This early exposure across industries gave him valuable insights into aligning business objectives with organizational hiring needs.
At Native, Adarsh will leverage this diverse experience to shape the firm’s retained search and HR advisory business. His appointment will further enhance Native’s mission of building a hub for India Inc. where frontier leadership is both discovered and developed, supported by the firm’s 16-year legacy of serving over 900 corporates across 14 practice areas and successfully placing more than 8,000 leaders, including 1,100+ CXOs.
