With over a decade of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, and capital markets, Aditya is well-positioned to drive growth in the high-potential digital and technology sectors. His appointment aligns with InCred Capital’s strategy to expand its financial advisory services for technology-driven enterprises.
Before joining InCred Capital, Aditya was a Director at JM Financial, where he played a pivotal role in high-profile IPOs, M&A transactions, and venture capital funding deals in the technology and digital sectors. Earlier, he worked as an AVP at HDFC Bank and YES BANK, advising emerging tech companies on fundraising, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions.

His previous roles also include Desk Analyst for European High Yield Credit Trading at Barclays and Global Valuations Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where he gained extensive expertise in capital markets, financial structuring, and investment strategies.
