São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, September 2025 – Adriana Alencar has taken on a new role as Vice President HR, Global Talent & Culture at The Mosaic Company – Brasil. In her new capacity, she will focus on driving the organization’s global people strategy, strengthening its culture, and advancing talent management frameworks to support Mosaic’s long-term growth in Brazil and worldwide.
Adriana’s journey with The Mosaic Company – Brasil spans more than two decades. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Public Affairs and Sustainability, where she played a pivotal role in aligning the company’s sustainability initiatives with business priorities while enhancing stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, she was HR Vice President, Mosaic Fertilizantes and Global Talent Management COE, where she built strategic HR frameworks and guided global talent programs.
Earlier, she spent four years as HR Vice President, Mosaic Fertilizantes, overseeing comprehensive people strategies across the business in Brazil. Before that, as Director HR, she managed organizational development and HR leadership initiatives that shaped Mosaic’s talent pipeline and enhanced employee engagement. Her earlier tenure at Mosaic also included serving as HR Manager, where she supported critical business transformations and drove long-term HR impact.
Before joining Mosaic, Adriana worked with Cargill as HR Manager BP for the Fertilizer Business, where she provided strategic HR leadership for the division. She began her HR leadership career with ABB as a Manager, after gaining foundational experience in her early years as a Psychologist (HR Analyst) with Promon Engenharia.
