Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Ravi Rai has joined Fotello as Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he will lead the company’s hiring strategy, building scalable talent pipelines and strengthening recruitment processes to support Fotello’s mission of transforming real estate media with state-of-the-art AI models.
Most recently, Ravi Rai served as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Xebia, where he managed hiring operations for nearly a year, focusing on high-quality recruitment delivery in technology and consulting domains.
Before that, he worked with Country Delight for close to three years as Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruitment for engineering, product, and design verticals. His responsibilities included end-to-end hiring, RPO management, vendor onboarding, interview panel calibration, and maintaining key hiring metrics. He was instrumental in enhancing candidate experience and building tech talent pipelines at scale.
Earlier, he was Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech at Majid Al Futtaim (Carrefour Omnichannel), where he played a key role in establishing the “India Digital Hub” of one of the world’s largest retail chains. In this role, he managed engineering and product hiring, contractor recruitment, campus hiring, and strategic partnerships with hiring consultants.
Previously, at Urban Company, Ravi spent almost a year as Manager – Talent Acquisition (Tech), where he successfully led tech hiring without external recruitment agencies. His efforts streamlined the recruitment lifecycle, improved hiring efficiency, and enhanced candidate engagement.
Ravi’s earlier career includes over three years at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions, where he advanced from Sr. Recruitment Researcher and Team Lead to Assistant Manager – Recruitment Research, managing clients in high-frequency trading, e-commerce, and product domains. He began his career as a Technical Recruiter at CybOrg Technologies, building foundational expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
